A Word from Our Owner

I have a genuine love and passion for creating desserts. After my family and friends made more and more requests for my desserts, I began taking orders and eventually attended school in Europe to perfect my craft. I have worked in some of the major hotels in England, so I have extensive experience as a pastry chef and chocolatier. My goal is to use the best ingredients, including Belgian chocolate, and local ingredients for my pastries, cakes, cupcakes, pies, and truffle
